Wednesday 9th CHRISTMAS CLUB MEETING - Melbourne Bowling Club, 138 Union Street, Windsor. 8.00pm. Christmas break-up meeting. Don't forget that this is the second Wednesday of December. At this meeting you will receive complimentary finger food and munchies, soft drink, domestic beer and wines. Major prize draw for MUG OF THE MONTH you must be in attendance to claim your prize.

Sunday 31st INAUGURAL CROYDON CLASSIC CAR SHOW & ALL MAKES SWAP MEET - East Field Park, Eastfield Rd, Croydon Melways 50-J7. Meet at the venue from 8.30am. We all know how good the All Makes Swap Meet is, and now they’re having a Classic Car Show as part of it…. Why didn’t someone think of this before now????

Come and see every kind of classic imaginable at one of Australia’s largest car shows. If we meet together and arrive together at the rock it means we can park together. Sunday 21st ALL FORD DAY GEELONG - Deakin University Princes Highway Waurn Ponds via Geelong. The largest Ford car show in the Southern Hemisphere. Meet at BP Avalon, Geelong Rd, Avalon at 8.15am to leave at 8.30am. To park as a group, we must turn up as a group. $25.00 per car admission. GEMBROOK AMERICAN CAR SHOW 9.30am Gembrook Oval, Main St Gembrook. Meet at the venue from 9.30 am. Classics, Hot Rods and Muscle Cars all mingle for a relaxed day out in the scenic Dandenong’s. Saturday 6th NUTS AND BOLTS DYNO DAY - 11.00 am at ICES Performance Centre, 2/3 Seismic Crt Rowville. Come along to enjoy a chat and a snag or two on the BBQ. We will have a modified car on the hoist for the usual concours (this time modified class) tips session and John will give a talk on all aspects of performance tuning and modifications including supercharging and turbo charging. $40 puts your car on the dyno for a diagnosis and dyno sheet print out. Use this information to find out if your car is running as well as it could be, and, find out how much power your pony makes. THE DYNO CHALLENGE. Who needs a drag strip to settle the score? Sunday 21st CRUISE AND LUNCH ON THE BELLARINE PENINSULA - Cruise the scenic Bellarine Peninsula and then enjoy a bistro meal whilst discussing the morning’s activities. Melbourne cars meet at BP Avalon, Geelong Rd Avalon at 9.30am. Geelong cars meet outside the Ford Motor Company, Melbourne Rd, South bound side at 9.45am to meet the Melbourne cars at 10.00 am.
